- We have many new products available from our greenhouses! In addition to our fantastic Salad mix, Beefsteak and Cherry Tomatoes, and Japanese Cucumbers, we also now are offering a selection of herbs like Cilantro, Basil, and Chervil; "Amber Jewel" golden salad tomatoes, Hearty Spinach, Watercress, Gourmet Mesclun Greens, and Microgreens! These items are not yet available in retail stores, so call our office for more info.
- Kauai Fresh Farms recently became the First farm on Kaua'i to become Food Safety Certified through the Hawai'i Department of Agriculture. This intensive program and third-party audit is comprehensive and covers all aspects of growing and greenhouse production from the time we seed to sale.
